Terms & Conditions

1. All lenses are 100% Authentic, such there's any doubtfulness regarding to this matter , please do not placed any order(s). *For geo lens, it comes with sticker which can prove the authenticity of the lenses.

2. Cancellation after payment has been made is strictly not allowed.

3. Pls check the lens within 2 days after receiving. No refund or replacement will be made such the sealed is open. Quality checking is done before item is posted out.

4. We wont bear any responsibilities for those lens which are lost/broken during delivery process.

5. Postage are to be bear by buyers unless stated otherwise.

6. For pre-order lens, the buyers need to wait for 3 weeks to receive the parcel, therefore please do not rush us. We are trying to give the best and fastest service that we can. Please do not submit orders if buyer(s) are not willing to wait.

7. Payment are to be made between 1-3 days of confirmation. Orders will be cancel if failed to do so.

8. For ready stock, no reservation can be made. All serve on first-paid-first-served basis.

9. Do send in your payment details after payment has been done. Do not blame us if failed to do so. We won't be responsible for any errors during transactions.

10. Lenses will be deliver on the next working day after payment has been made.

11. Do provide us with complete details for shipping purpose. we won't be responsible for the wrong address given. So make sure you have given us the complete and valid address and contact number. Strictly no refund.

12. Buy at your own risk. We won't be responsible for any circumstances occurred.
